• Lead structured requirements gathering with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with engineering, compliance, and ops to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Establish metrics and monitor adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate strategy and trade-offs to senior leadership.
