Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in C-store and fuel control systems experience.
• 5+ years in a technology environment with 2–3 years in product management.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in electronic payment, mobile wallets, loyalty, and retail tech.
• Leadership, adaptability, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize business requirements for mobile payment and loyalty system changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on feature specs.
• Create test plans and oversee QA and field trials to ensure quality.
• Analyze test results and determine field readiness for production rollout.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee field beta installations and scope updates.
• Act as liaison to vendor staff for problem solving and new solutions.
• Drive decisions balancing resources, schedule, and functionality.
• Provide oversight to 3rd party vendor execution of work.
