Job summary

One Call is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead multi-vertical platform strategy from a remote home office. You will align product initiatives across Physical Therapy, Diagnostics, Home Health, and more to drive enterprise value and scalable automation.

You will supervise senior product managers, collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams, and influence roadmap decisions to accelerate revenue growth while reducing manual processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in product management, preferably tech or SaaS.
• Proven track record from concept to launch.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Identify customer needs through research and data.
• Prioritize features and maintain product roadmaps.
• Write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales and support.
• Own delivery and stakeholder communications across the lifecycle.
• Define KPIs to measure success and ROI.
