Job summary

NMDP is seeking a Senior Manager, Product for its Decision Support line in Minnesota. This hybrid role leads discovery through launch, shaping product strategy and delivering scalable solutions within healthcare settings.

You will partner with executive stakeholders to translate customer needs into growth opportunities, develop financial designs, and incubate new offerings while guiding a cross-functional team to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare/biopharma-related experience.
• 2–4 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience leading innovation/new product initiatives from idea through launch.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team responsible for developing and managing product strategy.
• Partners with leaders across departments to capture voice of the customer and promote a customer-centric culture.
• Informs product roadmaps with IT, operations, finance, analytics, and other stakeholders.
• Develops go-to-market strategies and end-to-end operational plans to grow and scale offerings.
• Leads cross-functional product development teams and drives execution.
