• Proven leader with experience influencing internal teams and developing product strategies, roadmaps and management.
• Minimum 5-7 years in healthcare industry with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading innovation/new product initiatives from idea through launch.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and management of the Decision Support product line.
• Partner with CX & Engagement, Marketing Research, Finance, and Operations to capture VOC and drive customer-centric solutions.
• Inform product roadmaps and collaborate on go-to-market strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams on business needs, financial designs, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and incubate new products, services, and capabilities for growth.
