Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to steer vision and outcomes across one or more digital products, collaborating with design, engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to deliver compliant, usable solutions.

You will translate strategy into an outcome-based roadmap, validate problems through cross-functional discovery, and monitor success with measurable metrics, ensuring accessibility, privacy, and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, marketing, engineering, computer science, design, healthcare, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in digital product management.
• Strong customer orientation with research, analytics, experimentation, and feedback to inform decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across design, engineering, data, business, and operational functions.
• Ability to communicate complex product decisions, evidence, and trade-offs clearly to senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of agile and modern product development practices, digital product analytics, and software delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, value proposition, and outcome-based roadmap aligned with enterprise and digital strategy.
• Lead cross-functional discovery to validate problems, evaluate solution options, test assumptions, and reduce risk before significant delivery investment.
• Ensure discovery and product decisions include accessibility, privacy, security, safety, human factors, interoperability, and global market considerations as applicable.
• Translate strategy into an outcome-based roadmap with clear priorities for Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Define and monitor product success measures, including user outcomes, adoption, engagement, and business value.
