The role focuses on discovery, market analysis, and customer voice to drive scalable product solutions aligned with operational and business goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, management, healthcare or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of directly related work experience in healthcare.
• 2-4 years of experience leading teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience driving innovation and new product initiatives from idea to launch.

Responsibilities
