Job summary

NMDP, based in Minneapolis, seeks a Senior Product Analyst to guide product investment and lifecycle decisions across cellular therapy, software, and platform products. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations, improve customer experience, and drive financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, information systems, technology, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product analysis, product analytics, business analysis, functional analysis, decision support, or related role translating data, processes, and market insights into product recommendations.
• Experience working in or alongside a product-oriented organization, influencing product strategy, roadmap decisions, solution design, outcome measurement, or portfolio/product-line analysis.
• Experience contributing to product requirements, discovery sessions, journey or process flows, acceptance criteria inputs, testing, adoption measurement, or product performance insights in partnership with product teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to clarify objectives, needs, and market opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback, journey data, operational data, and market signals to identify growth opportunities and whitespace for product development.
• Translate broad questions into structured hypotheses, measurements, and practical options for decision making.
• Support product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market planning with performance and value analyses.
