Spinwheel is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Discovery & Growth, to independently define and drive the discovery motion for Spinwheel's future product roadmap. You will own the full discovery-to-launch pipeline and report to the Head of Product.

In this role, you will shape hypotheses, run lean experiments, and build business cases with revenue hypotheses. You will collaborate with Product and Sales to select winning bets and guide them to revenue impact, all in a fully remote role across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with senior/director outcomes.
• At least 3 years in fintech (debt/payments/lending).
• Experience building B2B enterprise products.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy for discovering unmet needs in debt and consumer finance.
• Design lean experiments (prototypes, pilots) to validate opportunities.
• Build business cases with revenue hypotheses and drive go/no-go decisions.
• Own end-to-end 0-to-1 execution for new bets.
• Instrument products and define success metrics from day one.
• Track post-launch performance against revenue hypotheses.
• Maintain a log of hypotheses for leadership visibility.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts affecting bets.
