Spinwheel Solutions Inc. is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Discovery & Growth to independently define and drive the discovery motion for our future product roadmap.

This is an autonomous, senior individual-contributor role reporting to the Head of Product, with remote work available in the US or Canada. You will own the full discovery-to-launch pipeline, shape hypotheses, run lean experiments, and build the business cases that connect bets to revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product management with senior or director-level outcomes.
• Fintech experience (debt, payments, lending) is a strong plus.
• Experience building B2B products for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to own discovery and turn ideas into testable bets.

Aufgaben

• Define strategy for discovery in debt, lending, and consumer finance; engage with customers and data.
• Lead lean experiments (prototypes, pilots) to validate opportunities.
• Build business cases with revenue hypotheses and drive go/no-go decisions with Product and Sales leadership.
• Own 0-to-1 execution from discovery to launch and growth phases.
• Instrument products from day one and define success metrics.
