Spinwheel is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Discovery & Growth to own the end-to-end discovery pipeline and shape the roadmap. This senior IC will define how we identify unmet needs, create testable hypotheses, and validate opportunities with real customer insight, before any full-scale build.

In a fully remote role (US or Canada), you will partner with Product and Sales to quantify revenue impact, launch lean experiments, and track performance against revenue hypotheses, evolving processes

Competenze

• 8+ years in product management with senior or director-level outcomes.
• 3+ years in fintech/credit or lending building B2B enterprise products.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 discovery and establishing testing strategies.
• Proven ability to defend recommendations with data for executive audiences.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.
