Emergent Staffing in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys customer conversations, and champions turning insights into valuable products. You will lead cross-functional teams and shape product strategy while growing a small product team.

You will spend time with customers, guide discovery, partner with design and engineering, and drive initiatives from discovery to launch, coaching two Product Owners and one Product Analyst along the way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or software product environment.
• Proven experience leading product discovery and customer research initiatives.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization.
• Demonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience mentoring or developing Product Managers, Product Owners, or Business Analysts.
• Strong ability to identify root customer problems and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively within ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Strong business acumen and commercial decision-making skills.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Lead customer discovery to understand user needs, market opportunities, and business challenges.
• Partner with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering to identify and validate solutions.
• Drive products from discovery through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Balance customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and market opportunities in decisions.
• Facilitate product research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
• Evaluate opportunities based on customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and revenue potential.
• Lead and develop a team consisting of two Product Owners and one Product Analyst.
• Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development conversations.
• Present recommendations, business cases, and product strategies to senior leaders and executives.
• Help mature product management practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive product success.
