Chase Travel is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive product strategy and execution for a defined area of the digital travel experience. You will leverage data, research, and customer feedback to build new capabilities and continuously improve journeys across web and mobile.

Collaborating with design, engineering, analytics, risk, legal, and marketing, you will define requirements, write epics and user stories, conduct experiments, and refine the backlog to deliver meaningful enhancements

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital product delivery.
• Experience with product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
• Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort using data to make product decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress through change.
