Chase Travel is seeking a Senior Associate Product Lead Premium Travel to set product direction for premium lodging experiences and drive delivery from discovery through launch. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver capabilities customers love.

You’ll use data and customer journey insights to prioritize the roadmap, improve experiences, and increase adoption. This role emphasizes collaboration, agile delivery, and impact across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in product management or related digital product roles.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for premium lodging capabilities.
• Assess customer needs and quantify value using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Prioritize work against the product roadmap to maximize customer and business impact.
• Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, servicing, and operations to deliver features end to end.
• Drive agile execution, continuous improvement, and high-quality product delivery.
• Influence stakeholders by aligning on goals, trade-offs, and delivery plans.
• Track performance and outcomes to inform iteration and future roadmap decisions.
