Job summary

VGS seeks a Product Manager to drive evolution of payments and banking technology. This high-agency role demands deep payments knowledge, architectural conviction, and the ability to define capabilities across ISO messaging and processor integrations.

You will work with technologists on both sides of the network, shaping product experiences for payments messaging, modernization initiatives, security, and compliance. A curious, proactive mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in payments technology as a software engineer, product manager, or related functions.
Deep experience with banking/payments gateways including ISO8583/ISO20022.
Strong opinions on software architecture and configurable systems.

Responsibilities

Define technical requirements and roadmaps aligning with business objectives.
Lead multi-continent rollout programs modernizing banking and acquiring use-cases.
Build a developer-friendly interface to interpret ISO messaging across protocols.
Collaborate across payments, banking, and engineering to extend existing VGS offerings.
