Job summary

VGS seeks a Product Manager to drive evolution of payments and banking technology, balancing technical complexity with business needs. You will shape features, messaging, and security foundations that power a scalable payments platform used by technologists and financial partners.

You will collaborate across banks, processors, and engineers to turn complex problems into practical roadmaps, defining capabilities and launching end-to-end improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments tech as software engineer or PM.
• Experience launching APIs and enterprise authentication systems.
• Experience with payments messaging standards and banking tech.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and discovery with banks, processors, customers, and engineering leaders.
• Lead multi-continent rollout of banking and payments modernization projects.
• Design a developer-friendly interface supporting ISO messaging formats for technologists.
• Integrate with existing VGS platforms and ecosystems.
