Job summary

National Technology Workforce nonprofit is seeking a senior product leader to own the Infrastructure Technology curriculum portfolio end-to-end. You will blend product management, technical subject-matter expertise, and curriculum design to translate employer demand into scalable, credential-aligned learning products.

This remote, full-time role involves roughly 25% travel and reports to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on infrastructure background across data center operations and building automation.
• Experience translating requirements into competency maps, hands-on labs, and assessments.
• Experience creating training content, labs, simulations, and performance-based assessments.
• Product design discipline with backlog management and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with safety practices and multi-site training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year roadmap for Infrastructure Technology portfolio and prioritize tradeoffs.
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and sunset.
• Lead curriculum strategy in partner and funder discovery with learning objectives and labs.
• Uphold curriculum standards for quality, safety alignment, and credentialing.
• Set operating rhythm with planning, milestones, and portfolio reviews.
• Guide cross-functional teams through design, build, launch and improvement.
