Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Director, Product Infrastructure & Cloud to lead the Infrastructure Technology curriculum portfolio. The role requires translating labor market needs into learning objectives, hands-on labs, and measurable assessments, aligning with industry standards and safety practices.

You will own discovery, design intent, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, scalable learning products that drive learner outcomes and job placement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on infrastructure technology experience in data centers and related environments.
• 3+ years working with data centers, critical facilities, or building systems environments.
• 2+ years in product ownership, curriculum development, or workforce development.
• Active Technical Portfolio ready to discuss real-world infrastructure projects and labs.
• Ability to translate requirements into learning objectives, labs, and assessments.
• Product design discipline: backlog, requirements, stakeholder alignment, end-to-launch.
• Executive communication: synthesize infrastructure complexity into clear tradeoffs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology.
• Establish operating rhythm with discovery-to-delivery planning and portfolio reviews.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from intake through launch, adoption, and sunsetting.
• Define curriculum standards and ensure adoption across the portfolio.
• Serve as strategy lead in partner and funder discovery; translate requirements into learning objectives.
• Align curricula to occupational roles and certification requirements.
• Set definition of done criteria for curriculum releases.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, Delivery, Instructor Development, Evaluation, and Operations.
• Design QA frameworks to reduce cycle time while improving safety and accuracy.
