Job summary

Per Scholas is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead curriculum development for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing training pathways. The role requires translating complex technical concepts into practical learning experiences for adult learners and coordinating across SMEs, instructors, and delivery teams.

The position is remote with bi-monthly site visits (NYC or Atlanta preferred) and involves hands-on content creation, project ownership, and continuous

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working in (or consulting with) critical infrastructure, data centers, and/or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for technical roles in industrial settings.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, applied learning experiences for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, revision, and maintenance of curriculum, assessments, labs, and instructor resources for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing pathways.
• Translate technical concepts into job-relevant learning experiences for adults.
• Collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and partners to support implementation of training materials.
• Develop content using various formats (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended).
• Define scope of learning materials and manage risk, communicating clearly within and outside the team.
• Research new training offerings and contribute to continuous improvement of content development processes.
