Job summary

Schwab’s Workplace Services is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Product Analyst to lead complex, cross‑functional enhancements for the EquiView platform. You’ll drive financial reporting capabilities for corporate clients, partnering with Product, Technology, Reporting, Risk/Compliance, and Client Services to deliver high‑impact updates.

You will translate accounting needs into scalable platform capabilities, with emphasis on ASC 718/IFRS 2, and support regulatory changes, data migrations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two+ years as Product Owner/Manager leading backlogs and roadmaps.
• Experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, equity accounting, financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 718 and equity modifications.
• Experience with equity platforms and enterprise financial reporting solutions.
• Able to translate accounting needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery for complex, multi‑release initiatives in EquiView finance reporting.
• Define acceptance criteria with stakeholders and ensure testability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Client Services to enable client readiness.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap for equity reporting and recordkeeping.
