Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Product Owner to lead EquiView financial reporting enhancements for corporate clients. You will partner across Product, Technology, Reporting, and Client Services to drive large-scale initiatives, with emphasis on ASC 718/IFRS 2 compliance and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with equity plan platforms or equity compensation financial reporting products.
• Understanding ASC 718, IFRS 2, and ESPP concepts.
• Experience with equity compensation systems or reporting products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex data and processes.
• Track record of predictable delivery and clear stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for EquiView initiatives, including financial reporting enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Define problems, clarify requirements, and deliver incrementally in an Agile environment.
• Define acceptance criteria, resolve issues, ensure client readiness and post-launch adoption.
• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for EquiView reporting capabilities.
• Define success measures and drive delivery from discovery through launch, ensuring documentation and governance.
