Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Product Owner to lead Equity Reporting enhancements within the EquiView platform for corporate clients. The role focuses on financial reporting capabilities (ASC 718/IFRS 2) and regulatory-driven updates, partnering across Product, Engineering, Reporting, and Client Services.

The ideal candidate will translate complex accounting and client requirements into scalable product capabilities, driving delivery with autonomy while aligning stakeholders and managing risk.

Qualifications

• Experience with equity plan platforms or EquiView financial reporting products.
• Understand ASC 718, IFRS 2, and ESPP concepts.
• Experience with equity compensation, stock plan administration, or related reporting products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across data, process, and technology.
• Proven delivery with proactive risk management and clear stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for EquiView initiatives, including enhancements and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Client Services in Agile environments.
• Define acceptance criteria, resolve complex issues, and support client readiness and adoption.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for equity reporting capabilities.
• Measure success, ensure well-documented, scalable, and compliant solutions.
