Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience leading product backlogs and releases.
• Experience in equity compensation and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for EquiView enhancements and related reporting.
• Define acceptance criteria, refine backlog items, and ensure testability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Compliance for readiness.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption across clients and teams.
• Translate accounting needs into scalable platform capabilities.
