Qualifikationen

• Seven or more years of product management experience in content, publishing, or content platform domains.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy and metadata design, quality frameworks.
• Experience with authoring, production, and delivery platforms (CMS, DAM, LCMS) including migrations.
• Built and shipped substantive content systems as owning PM, with AI tooling in the last 12–18 months.

• Implement the standards spine inside real business unit work with global quality data standards.
• Redesign and shorten production workflows, removing handoffs and rework.
• Guide teams on content strategy and artifacts from MRDs to PRDs and specs.
• Design and deliver training anchored in real content problems.
• Build AI fluency across the content talent base in a practical way.
• Identify manual tasks to automate and prototype automation with measurable value.
• Add evaluation, telemetry, and human‑in‑the‑loop design to AI-assisted content generation and QA.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and editorial on content workflows.
