Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Consent & Preference Management Platform to drive execution, adoption, and continuous improvement for Centerwell. You will own the day-to-day product lifecycle, backlog, requirements, delivery coordination, and performance optimization to ensure compliant activation across customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, platform product ownership, or digital capability delivery.
• Experience with Nest Best Action platforms, AI platforms, or intelligent platforms.
• Experience managing complex backlogs for enterprise platforms across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of consent, preference, privacy, or customer data management.
• Ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into functional product capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology, legal, compliance, and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for consent and preference platform capabilities.
• Translate enterprise strategy and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Centerwell, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to plan, release platform enhancements on time and at quality.
• Drive platform integration with Centerwell and ensure data models and APIs meet standards.
• Collaborate with NBA, Marketing, Digital, CRM, Customer Service, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams.
• Support onboarding and adoption through enablement and documentation.
• Track product KPIs such as consent capture, preference usage, data quality, and activation success.
