Job summary

Commodity Fragrances is seeking a Senior Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be the central connector across Product Development, Marketing, Design, Sales, Logistics, and Operations to keep launches on time and on brand.

You’ll shape processes, manage timelines, track deliverables, and communicate updates to keep teams aligned as we roll out new SKUs and 360° brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing project management or integrated marketing operations for a consumer product brand.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with competing priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Familiarity with project tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, or similar.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail; able to lead by example.
• Proactive, persistent, and comfortable following up and solving bottlenecks.
• Natural communicator with strong presentation skills for updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional timelines for new product introductions and campaigns.
• Manage assets, timelines, and cross-functional communications for integrated campaigns.
• Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure on-time launches.
• Provide weekly updates and flag risks early to leadership and teams.
• Identify and refine processes to improve workflow efficiency and scalability.
