Job summary

the ASSURANCE group is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead end-to-end body care projects from concept through commercialization, with a focus on fragrance. You will drive launches, partner with Innovation, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and external manufacturers to bring new products to market.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in body care with fragrance development, proven track record managing launches, and strong project management in a fast-paced environment.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help build what's next.
• Willing to work fully on-site until established and then role will transition to hybrid schedule.
