Job summary

Princess is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Engineering to lead cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and backend platforms for our guest-facing eCommerce experiences. The role emphasizes technical strategy, modern architecture, and delivery excellence, collaborating with PMO, IT, Marketing, Security, and Data teams.

Ideal candidates will have extensive leadership experience, Salesforce Commerce Cloud proficiency, and a customer-first mindset to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years delivering technology products.
• 3+ years Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience.
• 3+ years React/modern web technologies.
• Experience with Akamai/CDN and web architecture.
• Leadership of teams (>20 staff).
• Knowledge of security and WCAG/PCI/PII requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional software engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-scale enterprise digital products.
• Drive technical strategy, delivery, and architectural modernization across web, mobile, and backend platforms.
• Partner with Product Management, UX, and Operations leadership to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational reliability across eCommerce web products.
• Mentor engineers and build a high-performing engineering organization.
