Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management - Growth (Remote-Eligible) to own merchant-onboarding and activation across shopping experiences. You will partner with engineering to design incentive programs, launch iterative experiences, and build dashboards for investment decisions using SQL and financial models.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Product Management experience.
5+ years of experience with SQL and data-driven decision making.
Experience in a high growth startup technology environment.
Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products.

Responsibilities

Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for product experiences.
Design, build, and iterate optimized consumer incentive and rewards experiences with engineering.
Launch and test new experiences with autonomous, data-backed execution.
Develop operational reports and financial models to guide investments using SQL and Excel.
