Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to own and accelerate consumer growth and retention experiences. This remote-eligible role requires strong data fluency, SQL proficiency, and a passion for AI-driven product development.

Lead cross-functional teams with engineering, design, and analytics to rapidly test and launch optimized experiences, while owning business cases and ROI-driven prioritization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 5+ years in Digital Product Management, with at least 2 years in consumer-facing PM.
• At least 3 years of SQL experience for data analysis and product monitoring.
• At least 2 years driving Product Growth (e.g., user acquisition, activation, or retention).

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and development of consumer reward experiences to maximize early product adoption and long-term retention.
• Leverage data analytics and user behavior insights to build personalized, cross-channel product journeys that create the most value for our users.
• Work directly with engineering in a cross-functional leadership capacity to iteratively build, rapidly A/B test, and launch optimized consumer experiences.
• Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences under your purview, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive optimal investment decisions.
