Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking a Product Development attorney to drive the design, development, and enhancement of Cyber and Professional Liability insurance products and forms. You will collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and Actuarial teams to keep products competitive and compliant.

The role requires JD, bar admission, 3–5 years in insurance product development or related fields, and travel about 15–20%. This is a remote position limited to East and Central time zones.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Cyber products and professional liability products.
• Experience in insurance product development, underwriting, regulatory legal, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, negotiating, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development and enhancement of Cyber and Professional Liability insurance products and forms.
• Draft and review policy form language and provide coverage analyses.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and Actuarial teams to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
