Arch Insurance Group Inc. seeks a Product Development attorney to drive design and enhancement of Cyber and Professional Liability products, working with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and Actuarial to ensure competitive, compliant offerings aligned with corporate objectives.

This is a remote role within East and Central time zones in North America. The candidate will draft forms, provide policy language oversight, and facilitate filings while traveling up to 15–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented legal professional with strong drafting skills for policy forms and language.
• Experience advising on cyber and professional liability insurance products.
• Ability to collaborate across underwriting, claims, compliance and actuarial.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.
• Remote role limited to East and Central time zones.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and create insurance coverage forms on Cyber and Professional Liability products.
• Provide legal oversight and SB language for policy forms and coverage analyses.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and Actuarial to ensure competitive, compliant products.
• Identify and implement best practices for form development and regulatory compliance.
• Leverage resources to drive innovation within the form development process.
• Partner with Compliance to support forms filings and provide materials and guidance.
• Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to monitor market trends and regulatory changes.
