You will work with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, and Actuarial teams to ensure products are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Arch's objectives, while the North America Product Development team guides these efforts. This role requires JD, state bar admission, 3–5 years in insurance product development or regulatory law, and willingness to

Qualifications

• Detailed technical knowledge of Cyber and professional liability products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving, analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to fruition with minimal oversight.
• Willing to travel 15–20% and work remotely within ET/Central time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development, and enhancement of Cyber and Professional Liability products and forms.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, and Actuarial teams to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Provide legal oversight for form language and coverage analyses.
• Support regulatory filings, monitor market trends and regulatory changes.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage projects with minimal oversight.
