Expedia Group's Vrbo design team seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape the Trips experience across planning, stay, and post-stay moments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UX, interaction design, or related discipline.
• Portfolio shows shipped digital products with strong interaction and visual design, and explains problems, trade-offs and impact.
• Deep expertise in interaction or visual design with proficiency in prototyping, research, facilitation, IA, or content design.
• Experience designing complex experiences with product and engineering partners and ability to articulate rationale to varied audiences.
• Fluent in modern design and prototyping tools and ability to work within an established design system.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of the Vrbo Trips experience from framing opportunities to launch and iteration.
• Design for the whole trip (planning, pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay) so travelers feel informed and in control.
• Translate Vrbo's brand into distinctive product experiences balancing brand, usability, and business goals across web and app.
• Shape strategy through storytelling, partnering with product, engineering, content, and research, using prototypes and analytics.
• Prototype with AI tools and model outputs to explore AI-enabled experiences that help groups decide together.
• Raise the bar on craft through critiques, design reviews, and mentoring, and champion accessibility in every release.
