Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Vrbo design team in Beverly Hills. You will shape the end-to-end Vrbo Trips experience, covering planning, pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay phases.

You’ll translate the brand into distinctive, accessible product experiences across web and mobile while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams. You’ll prototype with AI tools, mentor teammates, and maintain a high standard of craft and accessibility across the journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design or related field.
• Portfolio shows shipped digital products with strong interaction and visual design.
• Deep expertise in interaction or visual design, with prototyping, research, IA, or content design skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and explain design rationale to engineers and leaders.
• Fluent with modern design tools and able to contribute to evolving design system.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of the Vrbo Trips experience from framing opportunities to execution and iteration.
• Design for the whole trip lifecycle (planning, pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay) for organizers and guests.
• Translate Vrbo’s brand into accessible product experiences across web and app.
• Shape strategy through storytelling with product, engineering, content, and research.
• Prototype with AI tools and model outputs to explore AI-enabled travel experiences.
• Raise the bar on craft through design critiques, reviews, and mentoring, prioritizing accessibility.
