Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a senior product designer to own the end-to-end design of the Vrbo Trips experience. You will shape interactions across planning, travel, and post-stay stages, aligning with our brand while partnering with product, engineering, and research teams.

You will prototype with AI tools, advocate accessibility, and mentor peers to raise the bar on craft across web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Portfolio shows shipped digital products with strong interaction and visual design.
• Deep expertise in interaction or visual design with proof of trade-offs and impact.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams; ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of the Vrbo Trips experience from framing opportunities to launch and iterate.
• Design for the whole trip experience (planning to post-stay) for organizers and guests.
• Translate Vrbo brand into distinctive, accessible product experiences across web and app.
• Shape strategy with product, engineering, content, and research using prototypes, analytics, and experimentation.
• Prototype with AI tools and model outputs to explore AI-enabled group decision making.
• Mentor team members and champion accessibility and inclusion in shipped work.
