HER, part of Match Group, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end experiences across iOS and Android apps (and web). This senior IC will craft sapphic-first features that differentiate HER while supporting user growth and revenue performance.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Leadership to shape what we build, why we build it, and how it performs in the real world, with meaningful autonomy and influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product experiences across iOS, Android, and web.
• Translate ambiguous problems into user journeys and interfaces.

• Design experiments and measure impact with data.
