Job summary

Match Group's HER team is hiring a Product Manager I on a 9-month temporary basis. You will own day-to-day product/engineering sprint cadence, shape the roadmap, and collaborate across Design, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and CRM to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will drive execution, use data to prioritize, and work closely with a senior team to align with HER's brand vision, while contributing ideas beyond execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally at a consumer app or subscription/freemium product.
• Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and driving execution solo.
• Ability to prioritize with limited bandwidth and back decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Run the product/engineering sprint cadence — standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retros.
• Translate roadmap priorities into clear, well-scoped tickets and specs.
• Partner with Design, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and CRM to ship high-quality experiences.
• Use product analytics to inform prioritization and measure impact of shipped work.
