Job summary

HER, part of Match Group, in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product experiences across iOS, Android, and web. You will shape sapphic-first experiences that differentiate HER while driving user growth and revenue.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Leadership to define roadmaps, run design experiments, and validate ideas through prototyping and user feedback. This is a senior IC role with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing consumer digital products (mobile-first)
• Strong interaction design and visual design foundations
• Experience owning design for widely used features
• Experience contributing to or working within a design system
• Portfolio demonstrating craft and business impact
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, data, and leadership
• Experience in identity-led or emotionally nuanced use cases

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for complex areas from discovery to launch and iteration
• Design sapphic-first experiences that differentiate HER while supporting growth and revenue
• Plan and execute experiments (A/B tests) and measure impact
• Create prototypes at varying fidelity to validate ideas with users
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape roadmaps and deliver high-quality experiences
