Job summary

HER, part of Match Group, is seeking a Product Manager to own product execution and sprint cadence for a consumer app. You’ll translate roadmap priorities into actionable tickets and collaborate with Design, Data, Analytics, Engineering, and CRM to ship high-quality experiences.

In a small, senior team, you’ll shape the roadmap with data-driven decisions, maintain ownership of the product vision, and work with a team that values queer culture and community impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally at a consumer app or subscription/freemium product.
• Hands-on experience running agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and driving execution.
• Ability to make prioritization calls with limited bandwidth and back them up with data.
• Clear and effective communication across cross-functional teams — Design, Engineering, Data, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Run the product/engineering sprint cadence — standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retros.
• Translate roadmap priorities into clear, well-scoped tickets and specs.
• Contribute original ideas to the roadmap and weigh in on feature scoping and design discussions.
• Partner with Design, Data/Analytics, Engineering, and CRM to ship high-quality experiences.
• Use product analytics to inform prioritization and measure impact; design experiments with Data/Analytics.
