ezCater, the leading US food‑tech platform, seeks a Senior Product Designer for Restaurant Partner Self‑Service (Remote). You will own the supplier self‑service experience end to end, enabling restaurant partners to manage menus, availability, performance, and issues without ops intervention.

You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, UX Research, and Supply Operations to identify friction points and design scalable self‑service paths, contributing to a robust design system and user‑centered

Formación

• 5+ years as a product/UX/interaction designer with visual design experience.
• Comfort designing systems and scalable customer journeys beyond screens.
• Ability to identify opportunities, frame ambiguity, and influence product direction.
• Track record shaping work scope, not just visuals, with measurable outcomes.
• Positive attitude, and ability to give and solicit feedback regularly.
• Proficiency with Figma, Claude design, and prototyping tools.
• Experience contributing to and designing with a design system.
• Strong portfolio showing discovery through launch and impact.
• Storytelling and communication skills for cross‑functional partners.
• Collaboration and facilitation skills; strong team-work mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for gatherings.

Responsabilidades

• Own the supplier self-service experience end to end across menus, availability, business info, performance and issue resolution.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, UX Research, and Supply Operations to identify remaining internal interventions and design self-service alternatives.
• Design for single-location to multi-location and enterprise partners; ensure self-service scales across cases.
• Raise the bar on interaction, systems and visual design; craft flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes; contribute to the design system.
• Facilitate alignment across disciplines via workshops, critiques and working sessions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to move faster through prototyping and synthesis.
