Job summary

Rula is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the core experience, focusing on helping people find, start, and stay engaged with high-quality mental health care. You will dig into data with researchers and data scientists, and lead an engineering team to launch and measure improvements that affect thousands of patients.

You will work in a remote-first environment across most US states (excluding Hawaii) and have a meaningful impact on engagement and outcomes in mental healthcare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
• Experience using data and user insights to drive improvements in user experience and engagement.
• Experience running A/B tests and using statistical techniques to evaluate results.
• Excellent communication skills: clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the core product experience for the platform.
• Analyze data to understand consumer pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to uncover drivers of engagement and outcomes.
• Lead a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements impacting patients’ lives.
