Job summary

CapTech’s Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a Senior Product Designer with a track record of designing sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible. You will influence user behavior and guide end-to-end digital products by partnering with PMs, researchers, designers, content strategists, and developers to deliver engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a design consultancy or digital agency.
• 4-year degree in design, HCI, or similar preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects while managing scope and budget.
• Experience with human-centered design including research, strategy, IA, and UX design.
• Proficiency in designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components in Figma; strong handoff skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered prototyping tools for production-ready prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Leading the creation of personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, responsive visuals, and prototypes.
• Managing the project team to mentor junior creatives and elevate deliverables.
• Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams clearly.
• Producing concise client and internal presentations explaining design decisions.
• Providing feedback on interactions, IA, content, layout, and brand alignment.
• Staying current with design and technology trends and researching new approaches.
