Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to shape sophisticated digital brand experiences. You will partner with PMs, researchers, other designers, content strategists, and developers to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.

You may mentor junior talent while helping nurture client relationships and practice growth. Expect hands-on design, strong leadership, and collaboration across enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a design consultancy or digital agency.
• 4-year degree in design, HCI, or similar preferred.
• Multitask across several projects with scope and budget awareness.
• Experience in user research, product/experience strategy, information architecture, and content strategy.
• Proven written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
• Developer-ready visual assets and UI components in Figma; organized files and design tokens.

Responsibilities

• Lead persona creation, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor junior creatives and nurture client deliverables.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Produce clear presentations communicating design decisions and alignment with goals.
• Provide feedback on interactions, IA, content, layout, and brand alignment.
• Research design trends and contribute to CX methodologies and tools.
