Job summary

CapTech seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and impactful. You will partner with PMs, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver end-to-end digital products and services for government and enterprise clients.

You will mentor junior designers, influence strategy, and help grow client relationships while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in product or UX design.
• Experience designing sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and impactful.
• Proficiency in creating personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes with usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of personas and customer journey maps, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with project managers, researchers, and developers.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams with clarity.
• Produce concise client communications and design handoff materials for developers.
• Provide feedback on interactions, information architecture, content, and layout to align with goals and brand.
• Conduct competitive assessments and explore innovative design options; contribute to CX methodologies.
• Lead CX meetings and trainings, and participate in professional development.
• Advocate accessible design across web, native, and embedded platforms.
