CapTech is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end digital experiences for government and enterprise clients. You will drive product strategy, IA, research, and multi-discipline collaboration to deliver intuitive brand experiences across web, native, and embedded apps.

You will mentor junior designers, present concepts to clients, and shape CX practices while partnering with PMs, researchers, and developers to achieve measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in design consultancy or digital agency.
• 4-year degree in design, HCI, or similar preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting scope and budget.
• Experience across user research, product/experience strategy, information architecture, design, content strategy, and customer insights.
• Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components in Figma with scalable handoff.

Responsabilités

• Lead creation of personas, journey maps, wireframes, responsive visuals, and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor junior creatives and nurture client deliverables quality.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Produce clear client presentations communicating design rationale.
• Provide feedback on experience design, including interactions, IA, content, layout, and brand alignment.
• Conduct competitive assessments and propose innovative alternatives; stay current with design/tech trends.
• Contribute to CX methodologies and lead CX meetings and trainings.
