Job summary

CapTech Ventures is seeking a Sr. Product Designer to influence user behavior and elevate brand-to-customer relationships. You’ll guide end-to-end digital experiences, partnering with PMs, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver live, accessible products.

You may mentor junior talent and help grow client relationships while leading multi-discipline teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a design consultancy or digital agency.
• Experience across user research, product and experience strategy, IA, and interaction design.
• Proven ability to present concepts clearly and collaborate with developers and clients.
• Proficiency in designing developer-ready UI assets in Figma with scalable handoff assets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered prototyping tools and accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.2).

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior creatives, and elevate deliverables.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Produce concise client and internal presentations explaining design decisions.
• Provide feedback on interactions, IA, content, layout, and brand alignment.
• Research trends, contribute to CX methodologies, and participate in CX trainings.
