Job summary

CapTech’s Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a Sr. Product Designer with a track record of designing sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible. As a Sr.

Product Designer, you will partner with project managers, user researchers, other product designers, content strategists, and developers to bring end-to-end digital experiences to life. Although most of your work will be hands-on and client-delivery focused, you may mentor junior talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a design consultancy or digital agency.
• 4-year design, HCI, or similar degree preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Mentor junior creatives and elevate client deliverables.
• Present concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams clearly.
