Fetchly Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape thoughtful experiences for complex digital products and partner closely with teams from discovery through launch. This is a hybrid role.

You will lead end-to-end product design, translate user needs into workflows and journeys, and collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver impactful results.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience designing digital products and complex web apps.
• Strong product design across interaction, IA, and visual design.
• Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape thoughtful, intuitive experiences for complex digital products and partner closely with teams from early discovery through launch. This is a hybrid role.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design, from research and concept development to detailed UI and delivery.
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear workflows, journeys, and product experiences.
• Design and prototype complex web applications in Figma.
• Create, maintain, and evolve design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present design rationale, incorporate feedback, and help teams make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience designing digital products, including complex web applications.
• Strong product design skills across interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
• Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems.
• Ability to manage end-to-end UX and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a practical, user-centered approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across products for startups, enterprises, or small businesses.
• Comfort balancing multiple projects and adapting to evolving product needs.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to support implementation and refine shipped experiences.
