Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Product Designer, Growth to design activation, onboarding, and early lifecycle experiences across its AI-powered productivity suite. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics to craft experiments and key moments of customer value, delivering polished experiences that drive adoption and engagement.

This highly collaborative role calls for strong product intuition, exceptional craft, and a data-informed approach to design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design with focus on growth, onboarding, activation, engagement, or lifecycle experiences.
• Strong portfolio across interaction and visual design, prototyping, typography, layout, and systems thinking.
• Experience designing and running product experiments balancing customer needs with business goals.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale, strategy, and tradeoffs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly with new insights.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding, activation, upgrade, and early lifecycle experiences across the suite to drive adoption.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Define growth experiments from hypotheses to prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to improve feature discovery and early value realization.
• Shape the vision and roadmap for cross-product activation initiatives across Grammarly, Superhuman Docs, and Mail.
